I want to know what all if any should be written on the proposal form when bidding for painting job.

It should include all the work that will be done. Sanding, patching, caulking, primer, number coats of finish paint, type of finish of paint, color of paint, paint color and finish of trim and windows, Color and finish of doors. Of course the cost of job.

There are probably a few things I missed. Every job is a little different.
