Hello,

last month when I did full checkup the doctor had told me that I have problems on my ovaries. I may have difficulty to have a baby.
the ultrasound showed the following:
Large-sized both ovaries with several small follicles ; probably be variation. However, polycystic ovary not be excluded.
Right ovarian volume =9.3cc with several follicles up to 10mm
left ovarian volume= 10.9cc, with several follicles up to 10mm
No mass or free fluid.

I am 24 years old My height is 157 and my weight is 43
I have a regular period each month.
I have brown patch on my cheeks.
I like to eat sweet things.
My blood test is normal.
Do you think I have pcos?
I am scared that pcos will affect me conceiving in the future ?

When in your cycle did you have the testing? That can be a factor. With what is presented, it is unlikely a diagnosis of PCOS would be given, but to determine that more would be done than an ultrasound. I would think that if your doctor was concerned, they would have proceeded with further testing.

If it turned out that you do have PCOS, it is important to know that many women with PCOS have children. There are a number of ways to work with any possible fertility concerns.

At this point, I would try not to worry about possible PCOS. There is no reason to assume that you will have fertility problems, especially if you haven't been trying to become pregnant yet, and then hadn't had success for many months.
