I have an 155'5 IC model 31A607; The engine will not keep the battery charged, Checked the relay and it's pushing 13.9 volts and the battery is new. If I jump start it from a car battery it starts. Otherwise the engine runs great. It seems like the motor has very high compression. Are there any recalls or notifications pertaining to the high compression problem.
