DCSE child's money spent and unavailable to get responses from them.
Out of curiosity, while I was employed, I paid my ex wife through the DCSE in VA roughly 314/every two weeks (didn't mind that's my damn kid and my responsibility). But After about the first four month's started getting money back saying I overpaid. I told them put it on the tab as it's going to my daughter and that's all that really does matter. Well Things went well for a few months and then my daughter (9 at time) asks me on the phone, "daddy how much do you give mommy? And mommy want's to know why she isn't getting the full payment?" (Ok I'm poed on two accounts one my daughter thinks I'm just there for money and two where is the money going that I paid.). So after countless letters and more so phone calls (which by the way Can't ever get through as it's always busy even after hours). My ex and I talked and we gave up trying to figure out what's going on. I keep thinking the department is skimming some of that money (one week she would get 127 the next 78 or a little bit more but never equaled to the main amount). So the Questions in tow is, One: Where is that other money going to? And Two: I know their busy, but are the phone lines personally made busy so none can get help with a worker?
