    Asking about dog health
Hello I will be adopting a dog (sheltie) from the shelter tomorrow but they are telling me that from 2 days she is having diarrhea and today she is not eating they said the VET there did test on her and came negative... they think it is anxiety.. She is been in the shelter almost a week she had all her vaccines taking. What should I do ? Should I get her home? I am scared to lose another baby since I just had a miscarage... :(

I guess first I would be curious to know exactly what they tested.
Did they test for parvo, or intestinal worms, or both?
And how vaccinated is she? What is her age?
Has she has only one set of vaccines?
Vaccines are not 100 % protective and parvo tests are not always 100 % accurate.
Would you be allowed to return the puppy after adoption if you take her in to be checked by your vet within the specified time frame if it is determined that she is ill?
Or would they be willing to take her to an outside vet for further diagnostics?

I am truly sorry for loss, I cannot even imagine how your heart must have broken.
Another heartache is surely not something that you need right now, but in the end it will be your choice and without knowing what is going on with the pup, it would be difficult to guide you one way or the other.
I'm betting that you have lots of love to go around, get all the facts and info you can about the pup and go from there.
