I am an American citizen, have been residing in Dubai since August 2000.
I have not filed my taxes since then, though I may not owe any due to salary bracket.
1. Who can I contact to correct this situation?
2. Does my wife's income of interest since she is NOT a US citizen.

You have to file return starting with 2005 through 2011.

You CAN file jointly and count her salary, but you do not have to.

You may also have FBAR requirements.
