We bought property that was repossessed and the warranty deed had the wrong name of the seller. I recorded the deed and the probate office and thought that was it, but I receive a letter from the tax assessor that imformed me that I must correct the deed. I changed the name of the sellor and sent it to be signed by the seller. I received an e-mail this morning stating I had to do a corrective deed instead of another survivor warranty deed
My question is: is there a corrective deed form or can you provide me a sample of on?
