What are the side effects of taking once a month pill (Levonorgestrel and Quinestrol tablets)?


Hello I'm yashchris from Philippines, 32 years old with 2 kids.. I used this pills for almost 3 years without consulting a physician,I'll just encourage to use this with my neighbor and its became effective for me and very comfortable to use this because its only once a month when taking this pill and have my regular menstruation but lately I decided to stop this pill because my husband is going to work abroad.. . its almost 3 months I stop taking this pill and don't have my monthly menstruation.I'll just worried for my health, I do pregnancy test twice but its negative.. Please help me... I know its my fault for not consulting the doctor first..
