I am 17 day late I have taken 3 test all came up negative. Also took one in the morning it also came up negative. Should I see a Docter?

17 days late annd you've altready taken three tests? Are you aware you shold wait a month before taking a test because anything sooner is likely to give a false negative even if you are..

Wait two more weeks then try again if you don't get your period before then.
