I've been on probation for four Months now and have been sentanced to five years probation for an assault charge. I just recently was arrested and released in another county for a DUI which I have not been to court for yet.im curious as to what the normal procedure is for this type of thing? Will I be forced to serve out my remaining time or will I be given a lesser amount? Or will I get a slap on the wrist?

Slaps on the wrist are old fashioned.. They'll violate your probation, and make you do some time, and then they'll convict you on the DUI and make you do MORE time on that charge.
