Where are advertising, rent,utilities,insurance,interest expense,loan,payroll,materials,cash and capital located on the trial balance?

Cash should be listed first. Materials should be with the assets. A loan should be listed after assets as it is a liability. Capital should be listed after liabilities.The expenses should be listed last. Prepaid accounts are assets.
