Hi everyone,
I was looking forward to buying pure hydoquinone powder/crystals however I'm not sure if it is exactly safe to directly use on the skin, because most products do tend to contain other things, since its not cosmetic. However I don't know anything about this, I'm just assuming... what do you guys think?
