I was on the depo shot for 6 months (2 shots) and when I came off it, I had my period once, but never again. I've now been off it 6 months and am feeling extremely sore nipples, inflamed breasts, mild abdominal cramping, lower back pain and watery discharge. I have only had sex twice in the past 3 months. Im not sure what to think or expect.

Are you sure your not pregnant?

I haven't thought of pregnancy because I haven't had my period... I googled it and the results I got suggested that it was my body coming back into cycle. But I don't know how that works since I've had my period 5 months ago.

That is very possible.. but you have been off it for a while now and women have became pregnant as soon as three to four months after there last shot so it is possible you could be pregnant, did you have unprotected sex?

It was unprotected both times. I just hate going to my doctor. She always looks at me as if I'm stupid and assumes that I know what's going on with my body. I wouldn't ask if I knew :/

Purchase a pregnancy test and see what results you get. Be sure to follow the directions carefully.
