    Address to send form 8379 living in Utah
    I need to file form 8379 and I need to mail it in. I can't find the address anywhere of where I need to mail it? Help?

    According to the instructions for Form 8379 you should send it to the same IRS service center as you sent your joint return. You can find mailing addresses on the IRS web site here: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/...180018,00.html

    For someone in Utah that should have been :

    Department of the Treasury
    Internal Revenue Service Center
    Fresno, CA 93888-0099
