I had unprotected sex about 2 days after ovulation, I took the morning after pill the next afternoon but am still waiting for my period to arrive. My period is due in 3 days time but I have never been on time I am always a few days early. I had some spotting as well which has never happened before and something doesn't feel right. I was wondering if the morning after pill could have delayed my period and caused this spotting or if I may be pregnant?

If you are always a few days early, that is the start of your period and you are on time. Your regular time for your period is when it always start,

Next how were you tracking your ovulation to know you were ?

I am sure you are aware by either talking to your doctor or the drug store all the side effects the morning after pill has. Which includes making your cycle off for a month or two.

The morning after pill does seem to affect your regular cycle. Does this mean you're not pregnant? No... you still could be. The only way to know is to wait it out.

As a side note... you may want to be a little more careful. If you're so concerned about being pregnant, you may want to be more responsible with birth control or simply abstain from having sex at all.
