My sister got married to a man about 3.5 years before. Now she is having a baby of 2.5 years. The relation between them went so complicated that she wants to get separated from him. She does not stays with him since 2.5 years. Sir/Madam we want her to get settled fast in her life. Is there any procedure to get out of all these lengthy procedure of divorce? Is it required to wait for 6 months in the mutual understanding divorce? How can we do her second marriage?

Please help us.

She doesn't get married until her divorce is final first... how long that takes depends on where she is living right now.

First where are you, laws are different in India or Iraq than they are in England or the US.

But you have to follow the law of where you are at. if that requires a waiting period, you wait.

She lives in mumbai, India

Then if Indian law requires a 6 month wait for a divorce... then she has to wait 6 months until the divorce is final. If she can't wait that long... just shack up with the man as a married woman and deal with the bad reputation she will have.

There is no other alternative.
