My oldest daughter is going to be 20 in June she has quit school does not have a job and got thrown out of her mothers house and now lives with her boyfriend she also has very little contact with me over the years , they live in New York , can I get her emancipated I keep sending her mother the money each week and she gives nothing to her please help and tell me if I can do this thanks eddie nj

You can go back to court and ask for a modification. If you are paying through an agency then contact them about the modification and they can help you.
