What time of month can I fall pregnant?
Typically for a 28 day cycle, your ovulation dates are around 12-14 days after the first day of your period. So right in the middle of your cycle. However, everywomans body is different and there is no set standard for ovulation times. You can buy an ovulation predictor kit from the store, and you can also start to chart your basal body temperature (Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com) these will help you figure out when you ovulate. Good luck
When you ovulate is when your highest chance is of getting pregnant. Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before a woman's period begins — that's why it's so difficult to predict. It may occur on day 14 of a regular 28-day menstrual cycle (day one is the first day of bleeding), but most women do not have 28-day cycles. In fact, most young women have irregular cycles (each cycle may be of a different number of days), and women who have regular menstrual cycles may not always ovulate on the same day each month. Both of these answers are correct. Usually the best time would be the middle of your cycle, but everyone is different, and even you can be different from month to month. Most women I know, including myself, got pregnant when they were not trying. Those I know who are trying seem to take forever. One thing to keep in mind though is to try to hold off having sex only every 48 hours. This should allow for higher sperm count and a better chance. Usually when couples are trying, they think the more they have sex, the better the chance of getting pregnant, but this is not always true. This is one thing that helped a good friend of mine. She finally got pregnant when they slowed down a little!
