Did you remove the trap or snake through it? You might try a device I've seen at the hardware store. It fits on the end of a gardenhose, its black and about 6 in long. You slip it inside your drain and when the water from the hose reaches it, it swells inside the drain pipe before blasting water through your pipes. If you obstruction is after your vent, plunging nad this product aren't going to help much. The vent is absorb the suction or water.

If you disconect your trap and put a bucket there, will water run into the bucket? If the clog is past 20 feet call the plumber and have it snaked out.
