Steps to voluntarily terminating parental rights in south africa
    Hi

I am divorced from my husband 5 and half years. I have custody o four son He gave me permission to move our son out of the country ( South Africa) We live in New Zealand.

I am remarried and my new husband wants to adopt my son. My ex husband has agreed. What are my steps since I am in New Zealand and the courts are in South Africa.NOTE! My ex husband won't do any leg work... So basically he wants to sign on the dotted line

    Please advise

There is only one step you need to do... hire an attorney. Given the international nature of this situation you NEED an attorney to make sure the paperwork is all done properly. The attorney will lead you through the process. Since the bio father is in agreement, there should be no hassle.
