Me and my Boyfriend been together for 3 yrs and I have caught him cheating plenty of times. On top of that he has 2 kids with me. We had an agreement that I will be the at home parent, and he will pay the bills, all our names is on the lease. Now he want to kick me, and the kids out. My friend told me to take him to court, and they will order him to pay the bills, until I get on my feet since we got a written agreement. What should I do?
If he signed an agreement you should talk to a lawyer and see what your recourse is in this situation. You should also focus on getting child support. If your name is on the lease he may not be able to "throw you out" but you should think twice about staying in such a situation and see what you can do about getting him sign a document making him responsible for the lease/payment of the place. Things like this often seem to get better... but they really don't! Obviously you keep inviting him back into your life in spite of his negligent behaviour and cheating! Chances are he will go back on his tantrum in some form or another - don't let him back in, it's time for you to move on with your life and be strong for you and your little ones!Quote:

I assume that, by "kick out", you mean a demand on his part that you leave. Simply say "no".Quote:
