When my daughter was about 6 months old or so the man I was with had asked me to marry him and so thinking we were going to stay married and everything I got a hold of vital records and had her last name changed and I was the only one on birth certificate and after I sent in papers next thing I knew his name was on her because too and didn't worry with it then we broke up before my daughter turned 2 and he kept her away for 4 months went to court had a terrible lawyer and said the only way I could get my daughter back was to say she was his.. But no paternity test was done they just said she was his and now I don't know what to do because I want him off the because and away from my daughter she don't like going with him
