What are the entrance to Canada from US requirements for convicted felon?
I have traffic tickets that I didn't pay that went to warrant and my drivers lic. Were suspended. Plus some court costs from the early 90's. I have gone to court on these and had a public defender. I wasn't even allowed to explain my situation to the judge. I do construction and witout a drivers lic. I can't go to work. You used to be able to get a "Restricted" lic. That allowed you to drive to and from and during your work. What about now? This is in Riverside County in California.
