I have a wright sentar zero tur 52". It runs but when I turn on the pto the blades turn slow or not at all.

Here is a link to the parts manual. If the belt is routed correctly, suggest the nest step is a clutch adjustment. There are three slotted holes in the housing and three nuts to adjust. Set the gap through the slots to 0.012"
