My right side of my chest is hurting, and now it is trying to ease up, and now I beginning to get a headache

It's time to go to the ER. Chest pain should never be ignored.

Is this a nurse teling me this

Do I really need to go to er or dr with chest pain if it is on the right side, it seem as if the pain is in the lower part of my chest. Please tell me what to do

Yes, I am a registered nurse. Chest pain should never be ignored.

I wanted to add that I had day surgery last tues. and was put under general anesthegia, and the er nurse here where I am at did not seem concerned please advise

Since I don't know your complete medical history I can only advise a trip to the ER.
