    Ground to water to panel
I have a sub panel two ground rods and a copper pipe with a water clamp. I need to run "continuous" # 4 wire between the rods and water clamp and to the panel. Do I do it as one whole piece and connect to the bus or do I cut and put the water clamp on a separate screw and the too ground rod wire also on a separate scre on the ground bus? I hope this makes sense...

This grounding electrode conductor must be one piece, uncut, and connect from panel bus, metal water pipe, and both ground rods, in any order.
