I'm almost 200 pounds and I am 12
OK I need a plan summer Is coming up and I will take this serious. I can workout at the gym 3-4 days a week. My mom can take me to the grocery store to get healthy things. I am committing to do this. So my question is what things should I buy at the grocery store like a list it needs to be specific and how many calories should I consume to loose 60 pounds by the summer is over or like October and how many calories should I reduce at the gym PLEASE HELP and don't give me stuff like swimming I need REAL RESULTS I AM REALLY SCARED ABOUT MY HEALTH! Please, and thank you and please don't say ohhh 60 pounds is too much idc and I know no starvation!
