Depends on the text material bt no its not illgeal to text someone... you are free to text anyone at anyage..

Unless what he is texting is sexually explicit material then no its not illegal. But take the hint. The guy thinks you are too young for him (and he's right) and he isn't into you.

And if your parents are against it, he can get into trouble also. Ask your parents if they care ?

But yes he is obvious he thinks you are too young and he is trying not to hurt your feelings.

This did help but a while ago I said if we were to date he could go to jail now he says I said he'll go to jail for texting me.

Again, he's not into you, move on
