When I eat, I feel the urge in my throat to swallow, even if it
When I eat, if eel the urge in my throat to voluntarily swallow, even if I eat a little crumb, I feel like I need to swallow. What's wrong? How can I get rid of this problem?

Why is this a problem? That's what person's physical reaction IS, to swallow.

It is usually and most likely a symptom of stress and anxiety. Reduce your stress level and it will more than likely go away and become a natural urge you hardly think about, as it should be. Stay hydrated, preferable with water (about 8 glasses a day) and drink other additional liquids for the pleasure of tasting. Think about other things instead of swallowing. Think about things that are lovely, beautiful, makes you happy, makes you want to help others, and makes your dreams come true. Find positive affirmations to repeat daily for a few minutes or in times when you need to remind yourself how wonderfully made you are... I love my body... I am beautiful... I am calm... I am healthy... I am happy... I love to love... I love to be loved...
