I'm 16 and gay I barely moved to a new back house and I never met my neighbor at all but I did sure here he's my age.When I saw him I got butterfly's and smiled there are some signs that he may be into me? At first he would just stare at me but at school on my third day there I ran into him in the wrong homeroom class and he smiled at me when I came closer to him and he said hey and pointed at me.So from there we give watch other looks here and there when we eathier throw the trash or go outside like he smiles here and there and me too but my friend told me some signs about his sexuality1.one time his friend who was a boy tickled him and he looked like he liked it 2.He's really homophobic around his friends but at home he acts different nicer.3.one time he standed in the kitchen view out his window and saw me sitting outside and he said hi and I smiled. So I really don't know if he's into me any advice would help thanks:)

It is not that hard homeboy, just slow down and relax. He may not be gay at all but is trying to become friends and not sure how to approach you without you turning it into a "relationship".

Personally, I would tell you to be his friend first. If you are openly gay then just be prepaired not to hangout with him when he is with certain friends. His friends can start asking a lot of questions about why he is hanging out with a gay dude. He may not want to hear all that from him friends and will inturn push you out to keep his long time friends. It may happen, it may not.

Another thing, do not, and I mean do not, push any thing gay on him. Spend time with him. Invite him to the movies, to the mall, rent a game and play a game together. Just think of something that is fun to do. Why, cause if you lead him down a path that he has not been on before... you could lose him all together.

Be his friend FIRST!! Remember that. As a side note... if you have sex with him, he just may not like you after it is over. Become his friend first.
