I took a pregnancy test today and I have the normal horizontal line but the vertical line is 1/3 of the regular line and is a little bit fainted color then the other line. Does this mean I am pregnant or is it a flase read? Seeing how the vertical line is so skinny and faint?

Hi Breezy,

This could be one of 2 things:-

1. You are pregnant however, it is to early for the test.

2. The test is inconclusive.

My advise to you would be to wait at least another week or two, If you get the same result once again your best option would then be to go to your GP for an official test.
