If the Judgement was gotten in June 2005 nothing has been paid on this so now they are bringing us back to court July 2012 has the statue of limitations run out in Ms ? The loan was an auto loan. Repo was in 2002

Until the day you die... then they can collect against your estate... they just renew the judgement from time to time... there is no statute of limitations to collect on the debt once they win a judgement.

Just pay the people and save yourself the aggravation.
