How can I stop the tapping noise my hampton bay ceiling fan makes when spinning?

Where is it coming from on the fan?

Tapping is grequently caused by an out of balance blade causing a wobble. When the fan wobbles chains and glass shades can "click" or vibrate. Do you see any wobble?
