I had sex on the 20th of April. Two weeks ago I started spotting then bleeding heavy and passing clots accompanied by severe stomach cramps. After a few days it stopped then started back a few days ago. The cramps are so bad and bleeding again. Am I miscarrying?

It could be possible. It could be an irregular cycle. Was a pregnancy confirmed? Are your periods usually regular? When was the last period and when is the next one due?
Since it could be related to something else, you may want to see your doctor for an exam.

I went to the er and found out I am miscarrying. It seems that I wouldn't be so sad since it was so early, but I am. It makes me wonder if it will happen again. Am I doomed to miscarry every pregnancy now. I have so many emotions at this time. I'm 34 and want to have at least one more child with my love I have now. Thanks for your answer.

I am very sorry to hear it was a miscarriage. It is a loss no matter how early it may have been.
Your concerns are understandable, however in most cases, if you don't already have a history of miscarriages, it won't happen again. Many women will have a miscarriage without even knowing it; often thinking it is just an unusual period.

Give yourself the time you need and you can decide to try again when you are ready.
