As one of many heirs of gas and oil property, I received a complaint to quiet title, and partition real estate, in the alternative, allot and partition real estate. I am required to answer within 30 days. How do I answer this complaint to quiet title?

As one of many heirs (i.e. 1/240) of gas and oil property, I have been required to answer a "complaint to quiet title, and partition real estate, the alternative, allot and partition real estate". How do I make such an answer? The complaint is from the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia
