The Claim's Adjuster only offered 12,500 for my lifetime injuries. By the way I am only 21. Is this something else I can do? I live in Pennsylvania and I had Limited Tort. My Lawyer tells me since I only had limited tort that's all the Adjuster will offer. But none of the accident was my fault and I have injuries. I don't feel this is right. I want to sue the case but my lawyer also said since I have limited tort it's going to be a lot harder. What does my insurance company have to do with suing? By the way my lawyer is in New York and I feel like he's going by the laws there instead of in Pennsylvania. Can someone help me please?
