First, what makes you think you signed over your rights? Signing a document does nothing unless a court issues an order Terminating rights.

Second, you need to give us more details about the circumstances. For example, if you agreed to an adoption and the adoption was finalized, there is almost no chance of getting your rights back.

Finally, any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Which court did you go to when you signed over your rights and what was the reason.

Were you unfit, did social services take the child away.

You are almost never allowed to merely sign over your rights without a good cause or unless it is for adoption of the child

So for us to help you we need to know what you were doing wrong to have the children taken away and lose your rights.
