I'm pretty sure I have a Yeast/Candida infection. The symptons I have are; white stringy discharge which smells, redness around the vagina and really bad gas. I told my Mum and she told me I had thrush so she got me pessary and cream for thrush, and I used that last night, but the farting is still really bad. I never used to have bad gas and it's worse when I eat foods like bread or cake. I also have really bad anxiety and I've heard that causes excessive gas too. Just really sick of this now. It smells awful too. I have rashes on my inner thighs and behind my knees. They're not that noticeable and I think they may have gone down slightly after taking the stuff to get rid of thrush.

I tried to do a candida diet, but I got SO hungry I was like freezing cold and starving because we don't have the foods that are allowed in our house and I told my mum and she thinks it's unhealthy so won't let me do it/buy the food. Please don't tell me to go to a doctor because of my anxiety I literally cannot go:( and I know that's stupid, but it's way too embarrassing for me.
