I was bonded out with a inmigration bond agency in houston tx.. my bond was set to 7.500$$ and in order to get me out tru that agency my stepdad paid 20% of the bond and the rest in payments by month... so the problem is that I got out of detention and I paid all the money for the bond every month until I paid it of.. now the person who bonded me out its treatning not to give me the money when my courts are done.. when I even paid him the 20% of the bond I he used to bond me out.. what can I do in a case like this?

You can try your luck sueing him for it in small claims court.
