my girlfriend always stops at the most random times, ill be playing with her and she will be getting very wet and excited and all of a sudden she will ask me to stop, I don't think she's orgasming as I have asked her and she has told me she has never orgasmed before. I am 22 and she is 17 (this is in a country where the legal age is 16)

I understand that it is called rape but in this situation I wouldn't have said yes unless we had a backup word in case she wanted me to stop, but she said she is willing and she wants to me, I was thinking it might have been because she was always on top and if I was to "make" her then I would be the one on top, she has also told me she is body conscious even though she has a mighty fine body

You do realize, don't you, that if you continue with this--and more--you are at risk of becoming parents? That's probably one of her fears.

Well it is funny you say that because we have had this talk before and we are at opposite sides on that one where I do not want a kid but she does, but I won't have a kid with her until I'm ready and I have told her that, however I have also told her if it happens accidentally I wouldn't leave her because of it, I don't consider myself an idiot nor do I consider myself a head, I am in general a kind and caring person and in most occasions I will put other people in front of myself she has told me multiple times that I am an awesome boyfriend the best she has had and that she doesn't deserve me, no matter how many times I tell her she does deserve me

I would also like to add I have told her plenty of times that I am willing to wait for her to be ready and every time she stops she does apologize and starts saying how she is a bad girlfriend, I always tell her she isn't a bad girlfriend and not to worry about it, I asked her if she has fantasies, as I would most likely have had sex with her had she said she had rape fantasies but I would have made sure we had a stopping word other then just stop just in case she really wanted me to stop.

Try backing off for a while and stop putting yourselves into potentially dangerous positions.

You really don't want her to be a mother at her age, do you? That would be grossly unfair to her.

Ask her if she wants this that much or just avoid sex for a while

Just take it slow, you will both get there, be patient and she will realize you are still there for her even without sex, was she a virgin before you?

I would say she is scared and nervous about having sex. She is also probably Smart and knows that she could have a kid. Don't pressure her. Let her decide when she is ready and do not force her.
