I was bonded out with an inmigration bond in houston tx and one of the requirements its I couldn't go out of state.. but I came to mcallen tx and now I don't know if I should go back to houston tru the check point or how to go back with out being arrested by border patrol my last court its on oct 31..

You are still in TX, you don't go outside the US, or outside of TX to go from one city in TX to another city in TX. There is no check points between these two cities

There is a check point as mommie2be says and my husband is a truck driver and has been detained all day there today and still is until they decide that they want to check the truck and let him go. Mind you he is just a truck driver - the load belongs to Academy and he has not stepped out of TX- from Houston to McAllen only and back...
