I am 13 years old and I have this dizzyness where I can't get up and walking without the world spinning and almost falling over. It comes in spells and I have this headache where it feels my head is full of something and it's about to explode of how full it seems. Please help me figure out what it is.

There's really no way that we can help you. Only a doctor can give you an accurate diagnosis. We can guess, but there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of disorders that have the symptoms you described.

You'll need to tell your parents, and your parents will have to take you to a doctor. That's the only option you have if you want to know what's going on.
