A couple days ago I had clear liquid from my left breast with pain behind breast and chest area, also thick white discharge from vigina. Had complete hysterectomy at 25 Im now 39. What could this be? I have low income and no insurance.Dont know what to do and haven't tried anything.

First, do not be afraid to go to a hospital emergency room to see a doctor. We don't turn patients away based on their insurance or lack thereof. Additionally, if you require treatment and have medical bills, most hospitals will arrange a payment plan with you. I know people who pay as little as five dollars per month on their bills. Check with your hospital before seeking treatment.
On to your condition... Breasts can discharge for a number of reasons, and while some are completely harmless, others are indicators of much more serious issues. Are your breasts itchy at all?
The fact that your discharge is only in one breast is concerning. You mentioned that you had a hysterectomy at a young age; this leads me to consider a hormone imbalance. If that is the case, a simple thyroid test will determine how your hormones are functioning and treatment is extremely simple.
As your discharge is clear, we can likely rule out milk duct tumors (intraductal papillomas) because they tend to produce blood.
Have you recently had an injury or procedure involving your breast? Discharge and pain would be a harmless reaction to that.
One more thing: do you have any masses in your breast that you can detect through a self-exam? If you do, this MUST be treated by your physician.
Also, if your breast begins to change color (such as turn red), that is also an emergency situation.

In all, I urge you to see a doctor or free clinic. The possibilities involving your description are numerous. While many outcomes are simple, others are extremely dangerous and need to be addressed immediately.

I also urge you to seek medical attention. You see, I am a breast cancer survivor and I had pain and clear discharge to my right breast. Early intervention is the key.
