Agreed, teens seldom take birth control pills properly, often do not use condoms ( boys talk them out of it,) and if they do, it is often not put on properly or just fails with the normal failure rates.

The only way to really help reduce the numbers is moral values and trying to get them to wait to have sex till they are ready for it.
