I'm just coming up to being 2 weeks late for my period. As my husband and I are trying to conceive I have been taking pregnancy tests since I was due but still no positive result. I phoned the doctors and I have to try again in 3/4 days if still negative then I have to go in. I have had back pain and nausea sometimes resulting in sickness, constipation and even cramping but no other signs. I'm really hoping for a positive result. We have got a 2 year old and found it I was pregnant with clear blue digital which said I was 2-3weeks since conception but when I had my first scan I was actually 14 weeks pregnant. Any help and advice please as I'm starting to stress out but want to get stressed just in case I am pregnant
