Are you saying you are an accountant with no understanding of accounting fundamentals?

I suggest you go and buy an accounting text book because even if I gave you a template you would not understand it

A full set of accounts is a Profit and loss Statement, a Balance Sheet, a Cash Flow Statement and notes to the accounts all backed up by a full set of books which is a general ledger, a general journal, various subsidiary journals and ledgers, and supporting documents
