How to get into colleges offering filmmaking courses?

I live in india and I am doing engineering right now but I am really interested in filmmaking...
So I wanted to know which exam should I give to get admission in universities which offer filmmaking courses and also what should my score be so that I can get admission in colleges like UCLA or California institute of arts etc...
