So I ovulated on the 22nd of April and had intercourse with my husband. I'm was supposed to have my period on the 8th of may but I had spotting on the 3rd and it's the 16th now and no period and I have lower abdomanal cramps and aches in lower back. Could I be pregnant?

You had sex so of course you could be, by the timing, it sounds like you are trying, and yes it does sound like you well could be, have you done a pregnancy test yet, Time to try one

Yes I did I took one when I was spottin the hole thing is new to me and it was negative and then I read info on it do I took one a day after my missed period and it was negative . But I'm thinking I don't have enough hcg yet! So it's been a week and a day after my missed period Im so scared to test again but I everything points to being pregnant

If it has been a week since the last test, try another one. Be sure to follow the directions carefully. If it is still negative, wait and see what happens when you would expect your period for the next month. Sometimes cycles can be off, for no apparent reason, and a period may either be late or skipped altogether.

You could always see your doctor about having a blood test done as well if your next test result is negative.

I agree, another test now ( be sure first urine of the morning) then if still negative, wait two week, try again and if negative just wait to see if you have your next period, if you miss it, go see your doctor.
