    HIt and Run
My friend was driving my car. We went to a club and as soon as we came back. The neighboring boys called the police that My car hit their car and we ran away. Which I don't have any knowledge about. But my friend who was driving the car claims that he never hit the car.

I was tipsy and my friend was too.

So the police documented that we were drunk. And also that they didn't see any scars on my car.

As soon as the police left, I asked this neighboring guy why did he call the police. He hit me on the face and I called 911. I was admitted to the hospital and the police handcuffed this guy who hit me.

He got bailed out the next day,

And my reports did show that I was little over tipsy.

HOw do I handle this issue.

I would like to sue this guy who hit me

Mention the medical bills you incurred. The court might order restitution. That could make it unnecessary to sue him.

Your friend is lucky to have not been charged with DWI. Next time, please select a designated driver who won't drink. Because if you don't, and any of my loved ones get injured because of his condition, I'm going to come looking for both of you.
