Can I be convicted of a dui charge
So I was recently charged with a dui.. Today I went on behalf of just the vehicle impoundment. To see if it was reasonable doubt for impoundment.. And I'll come for that case was on my behalf I want a case and got my car return to me. The police officer said that he never seen me behind the wheel or in the car. But he said another police officer did steve me in the vehicle and behind the wheel. But when in reality the car was parked in that was never in the vehicle. But anyway I was awarded my vehicle back in return due to the lack of evidence. Now my question is I'm going to court next month on June for my dui case. So just because I won the case for my car and call Maine does that mean that I will win my case for did dui charge.. With me getting my car back from court and I do understand it's 2 separate court and 2 separate cases but what are my chances of beating this dui case if I got my car return to me
